Prakerin at Samsung Service Center My Experience In Field Work Practices Hi guys, my name is Diaz Mega Mayhendra. Today I want to share my experience during my internship in class 11 last year. I and three of my friends did internship assignments at the Samsung Service Center which is located at Jl. Lamper Tengah and currently moving to Jl. Ahmad Yani no 179 opposite bank Mandiri. There I not only teach about how to disassemble and measure current, I also teach about talking to consumers properly. During the prakerin process many pleasant and unpleasant incidents happened to me and my technicians. Starting to work on the washing machine during the flood in Genuk, the unit corrected scarce spare parts, being chased by consumers' pets, visits exceeding the working hours limit, customer complaints for arriving late, and many other unpleasant things.
